This fully equipped house has all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay in the Manuel Antonio area, excellent place to spot wildlife daily. It's built on the ground level with paved road access. Our prime location offers easy access to the town center and the most beautiful beaches. Just a short walking distance to the bars, shops, ocean point view, restaurants, and there is a nearby jungle path of 1 km that conduct to La Macha hidden beach and another short trail to La Marina Pez Vela. All amenities are in one level area, at the level of the street. Plenty of space, ideally suited for large groups. The house has three bedrooms featured with A/C, and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has it's private bathroom & balcony, and the other two suites share a full bathroom. There is an additional half bathroom that can be used as a private bathroom for the third suite. The house also features a living room with a smart TV, A/C, a dining room, a kitchen stocked with all kitchenware and appliances , 1 outdoor dining area, 1 garage space with electronic gate, and a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer machine. All suites and common areas have ceiling fans and A/C. The house is decorated with original Costarican art, and most paintings are available for sale. Every day, birds, monkeys, and Costa Rican wildlife are visible up close from the balcony. Driving is not necessary, we are located two blocks away from the public bus stop in Manuel Antonio, and THE ROAD IS COMPLETELY PAVED. We offer cleaning service for reservations of 3 nights or longer without extra fees.
