Commune with nature in this stylish studio hideaway nestled in the heart of the Allegheny mountains in stunningly beautiful Central PA—a few hours drive from Washington, DC, and Baltimore; and less than 100 miles from Pittsburgh! Our studio condo—in the aptly named Blue Knob All Seasons Resort—has something for everyone, every day of the year! Relax, Work remotely and/or Play…it’s all up to you Our newly furnished and fully remodeled Studio at Blue Knob All Seasons Resort is small at 480 sq ft, but big in comfort and style! The built-in bed has a Serta medium-firm pillow top mattress, and there’s a mattress top you can add to the pillow top futon for increased comfort. Except for leaving some of our favorite pieces of furniture, such as a vintage storage chest that doubles as a coffee table, a mid-century oak dinette and handcrafted Nichols & Stone rocking chair, everything else is ready for you to break in. The well stocked kitchen has Calphalon skillets and pots, a Nutribullet blender, both a coffee maker and French press, a toaster, an electric kettle, cooking utensils and cutlery, wine glasses, and a couple of cookie sheet pans in case you feel like baking! You’ll feel at home in the harshest winter with central heat, an electric fireplace heater, and a back-up surround space heater….We love to sit on the balcony with a steaming cup of coffee, looking out at the woods where you may spot a doe and fawn sprinting by…

Very peaceful and quiet on the mountain. I would recommend to anyone that is looking to get away for a few days, give this place a try!
What a wonderful stay! We came in off -season (April) and had a wonderful extended weekend hiking, reading, and enjoying some of the area activities. The condo is sparkly clean, attractively decorated and just as pictures reflect. Zora was a wonderful communicator, and gave great instructions and tips. Check in was flexible. The kitchen is well equipped, and we ate most meals in the condo, but there are a number of excellent choices in Altoona. There are some wonderful sights (Horseshoe Curve, etc.) only 30 minutes from the condo if you choose to leave the mountain. The stars at night are amazing! Thank you, Zora for a wonderful stay!

Zora provided us a beautiful place to stay! Upon arrival, we had no issues with finding our room, which says a lot after a full day of snow sports. The room was very warm and welcoming, we were greeted by a basket with a few goodies and a card left on the dining table just for us! The kitchen was fully stocked with all your basic cooking essentials, the rooms were all well lit when you wanted them to be, but my favorite feature of all was that the bathroom had a built in heater for when you get out of the shower! Freakin awesome!! I Would rate this trip a 12/10, and would love to return some time. Zora truly went above and beyond for our stay. - Thank you!

Our Studio hideaway is located on the slopes of Blue Knob mountain in the All Seasons Resort. The mountain is the site of Blue Knob State Park and contains some 18 miles of hiking trails and numerous overlooks.
There are 34 skiing and snowboarding trails in this laid-back ski resort, plus a ski school and a golf course. Blue Knob is the second highest and highest skiable mountain in the state. Average snowfall is about 12 feet annually, while temperatures are usually 10 to 12F degrees cooler than in the surrounding towns.
For a dining experience on the mountain try the Blue Knob Clubhouse Sports bar and Grill. “Taco Tuesdays” and varied seasonal events are the norm.
BLUE KNOB STATE PARK
Blue Knob State Park offers year-round wilderness adventures on 6,128 acres of woodland. The park is in the northwestern tip of Bedford County, west of I-99. Altoona, Johnstown, and Bedford are within 25 miles of this scenic park.
There are many opportunities to enjoy the quiet and refreshing serenity of the mountains and streams.
Seasons and Hours:
The park is open every day of the year, sunrise to sunset. Day use areas close at dusk.
The park office is open specific hours. The pool, overnight areas, and other areas are open specific seasons and hours.

PICTURESQUE TOWNS:
The picturesque towns of BEDFORD and HOLLIDAYSBURG are within 25 miles of Blue Knob, and ALTOONA has all the restaurants and bars you may want, as well as museums and cultural events.
Follow Overland Pass Rd put the mountain or through the Blue Knob State Park during park hours. Once you reach the resort you can turn right (if on Overland Pass Rd) and follow E Valley Point Ln almost to the end.
Each building is clearly marked with address and unit numbers.
You can park in front in any available space.
