The perfect spot for my friends and I to stay during a weekend in Wilmington while we attended a friend’s wedding. This house is beautifully renovated and cozy with nice artwork and decorations. Thank you to the hosts for letting us check in a few hours early so we could relax after our flight. Would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in the area.

Unfortunately we only stayed for one night but we absolutely loved it. I was a little nervous with seeing another vehicle on the property and what seemed like a separate living area but it all worked out well. The light might need to be replaced in the kitchen above the island but all else was beautiful and well designed. 3 generations enjoyed the home and I was so grateful he accepted our one day visit! Loved the place. Thank you for being such a great host, my mom wants to return!

Para's place was perfect! He gave us lots of information before we got there. The space is excellently designed for getting together with friends. From the conversation pit in front of the fire to the island in the kitchen, there were natural and inviting gathering places. Comfortable beds, a decor that suggests that someone picked things out with an artistic eye, and new appliances were all plusses. We talked about staying there again before we left! Thank you, Paras!
