Jessica was accommodating, thoughtful and responsive. Home was clean and had easy access to restaurants and a park to walk dogs. We stayed here while our home went on the market and would do it again. Jessica provided a place that was comfortable to our family of four with pets.

We were very pleased with the house and the neighborhood; especially appreciative of the neighbors clearing the snow from the driveway and door stoop before we arrived and after a snow during out stay. The house was well equipped with everything we needed to cook as well as personal items we may have forgotten. There was plenty of room to have family visit during our stay and for the Superbowl "party"! We really enjoyed using the basement for that, it was especially comfortable, and it was nice to have a 2nd kitchen, as well as a laundry room. Furthermore, our 14 year old Jack Russel Terrier loved the big patio and back yard that she could explore without any concern that she would get out. Super pleased with our stay and Jessica was very helpful with the questions we contacted her for related to slightly early checkin and technology issues with the Roku TV. All in all, it was an awesome visit and great house located close to family, Boulder and Golden, Colorado!!

loved the space for a few days. was centrally located to where we needed to be all weekend. really appreciate the responsiveness and allowing us to use the airbnb for a few days.
