Matt's a great resonsive host and his place is impeccable. Easy to find, park and get in after hours. Very clean and comfortable with all the conveniences you need-fridge, microwave and kerig coffee maker with coffee and creamer! Close to freeway and only 10 minutes to get downtown. Awesome value for the price. Highly recommend!

Matt was a great host and extremely communicative! Everything was as expected and more! Matt provided everything that was needed for an easy going stay. The check-in process was easy and very clear. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable. Matt provided more than enough supplies such as towels and basic toiletries. My stay was very peaceful and assuring. I enjoyed my overall stay and would definitely stay with Matt in the future!
