Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. A first floor apartment with a large family bathroom, 3 double bedrooms which consist of two King-size beds, which can be made into twin beds upon request. The third bedroom is made up of 2 adult bunk beds, which sleep 4. We have added an upstairs toilet & sink, a kitchen lounge for those family games nights with a log burning stove.This apartment is great for larger families, extended families or if your travelling with the outlaws !!

A beautiful apartment with lots of room. All amenities, close to restaurants and shops.
Hayley’s place was exactly what our family (2 adults, 2 kids) needed for a few nights in the Liverpool area and we really liked the location. Apartment is over three floors (lots of stairs) and is spacious and well equipped. Would def stay again. Thanks Hayley!
The apartment was much bigger than I expected, set over two floors. It had everything we needed, we were only there for one night to visit friends in the area. It was close to amenities etc and Hayley was responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.
My husband and I stayed for three nights with our two teenagers just after Christmas to visit family and friends in the area and in Liverpool. The location is great as there are all the conveniences you need, plus restaurants and cafes. The local station is a few minutes away and takes you direct to Liverpool. The living areas were so spacious that we enjoyed our relaxation time in the kitchen and large, but cosy living room. Was lovely to have some welcome essentials and even a Christmas tree! The place was spotless and warm on arrival! The shop below is stocked full of high quality gifts, ornaments, crystals and local artisits' work. Fabulous! We will book again if we need an overnigth stay again. Thanks!

The charming seaside town of New Brighton is a typical British holiday destination. Packed with fun filled family entertainment, fairground, bowling, cinema and beautiful beaches. But this gorgeous town on the edge of the Wirral peninsular is also host to some blissful country walks, a variety of much-loved independent scrumptious restaurants and bars. Its not just the food that is mouth-watering, the views here are truly ‘to die for’, in winter the walks along our seaside front are bracingly beautiful and in summer the charms of a traditional British summer time are fully revealed. Award winning parkgate Ice-cream and plenty of traditional family fun to be had in Hoylake and West Kirby. North Wales is just an hours drive away with plenty of walking and sights to explore. If you are travelling for a celebration in one of the stunning venues in the area like Thornton Manor we are very accessible by taxi. Liverpool city centre is very accessible by car, bus or train.
Getting around
From the apartment, you are only a ten-minute stroll from the sea front, and a short walk to New Brighton.
We are a fifteen-minute walk to New Brighton railway station. There’s a regular service without changing trains to Liverpool (29 mins) Seacombe ferry terminal is a 30 minute walk, from here you can take the famous ferry across the Mersey. Bus stops (either side of the road) 50 yards away connect to all parts of Wirral.
