The cottage was fantastic - both inside and out. Plenty of room for the 6 of us, and the outside space was fantastic - lovely pool and dining area close by. Our children loved exploring the garden & spotting lizards and of course jumping in the pool. At night we enjoyed the sound of crickets chirping and owls hooting. Such a beautiful, peaceful place to have a holiday.

We enjoyed a really relaxing week in this beautiful house. Very private and peaceful. The pool and outdoor areas were fabulous and the inside was also beautiful and comfortable. Communication from Deirdre before our visit and from Peter on arrival was faultless. Great recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit. All in all a super holiday in a beautiful place.

The pretty house was a great base for exploring the Western region of the Loire valley, the chateaux, wineries, and beautiful towns/cities of Angers, Saumur and Tours. It is in the countryside, in a quiet and peaceful setting. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the seating area under a sail awning for al fresco suppers. There is a bright, calm sitting room and dining room but we spent most of our time outside. The kitchen had everything we needed, though some of the glasses and crockery were basic. The two showers worked well and there was plenty of hot water for 6 of us. All the bedrooms had sloping ceilings so may not suit very tall people.

Lovely peaceful gite in quiet surroundings. A real home from home with everything you could need. Superb outdoor space and fabulous pool area. A 10 minute drive to the nearest town with supermarket, boulangerie etc. with good links to bigger towns such as Angers, Saunur and Tours. Great communication from Deirdre and Peter was very helpful too.

Vous ne serez pas déçu par le charme de cette maison. Idéalement situé pour visiter la région, la maison est implantée dans un environnement très calme favorisant le repos et les barbecues en famille. La piscine est géniale car elle est grande et profonde. Cependant, avis aux personnes de grande taille car ce bien n'est pas approprié pour vous (poutre et placard bas).
