Plenty of space for our family of seven! Lovely walkable area with a local vibe - we loved seeing the local market and experiencing an authentic part of Hanoi. It was quiet and peaceful in the house. Safe. Fast, reliable internet. Linh was very responsive and helpful! We were able to have Grab deliver food easily. We walked up to the main road (short 3 min walk) to make it easier to get a grab when we went into old town. That worked just fine. Lovely rooms and bathrooms. Very firm beds. Affordable price. Clean. Had a great stay!

The place is right in the middle of local life, with a view of the B52 lake from the bedroom. The location allowed us to hit most major historic places in the old quarters in a day (with a lot of walking involved). There are a lot of food options all around the area. Grab is easy to find in the morning and afternoon, but a bit harder at night. We were out most of the time, but it was a peaceful place to return to at night. The kitchen had a (much appreciated) large stock of water bottles, napkins, and other essentials. Linh was also helpful, communicative, and responsive throughout our stay.

Perfect place to stay with a big group of friends! Perfect location away from the tourist area but still easy to get to important sites! local market in the streets just in front of the doorstep! Super nice host, always responsive and helpful!
