Great location, the place is neat. Check in was easy and the host is very responsive. Two things to call out: - it is small. We had 5 in our group and it barely fit us. - the building has a staircase before you bet to the elevators so be prepared to carry your luggage up. Also, if you are travelling with strollers like us, it is very inconvenient.

Good location and fast communication by host but wouldn’t extend checkout fr10-12 consider checkin is 4pm! Very small old dusty apartment Very expensive! 6100 for 8 days. Photos were deceiving & made apartment look bigger .No way it fits 12 people it was cramped with 7 of us ! 2 bedrooms not 3 . The 2 double beds were comfortable but futons very uncomfortable needed to stack 2 mattresses on top of each other on floor , no where to sit only 4 small round floor cushions and small coffee table no side tables beside bed ! No where to put suitcases or unpack clothes. Bathroom had leaks and wash room too. The light fixture leaked water through ceiling it very dangerous saftey issue. Never mix electricity and water and left puddles on floor another safety issue ! I slipped and hurt my back ! I reported safety issues to host but did not address them . No towels to dry dishes ! Towells very old small with stains ! 500 of wifi was very disappointing and not enough for 7 people !

Great location for the Shinjuku nightlife and right by the main train station. Stayed there with 5 people and it was tight, so be careful booking for more than 6 people

The place was nice and clean. The hosts say up to 12 people can stay here but I would think if you really wanted to cram the place you would be able to have 6 people but it's 2 to a bed so you better like the people you're travelling with. The one main area of concern is the WIFI. If you feel that you need to have WIFI access then this really isn't the place for you. They request that you limit your usage to one person per group and 500 mb/day. Not the end of the world but if WIFI is important to you then this isn't the place to rent. Furthermore we had an issue with the WIFI not working for over 2 days and nothing was done. On the 2nd day we were given some instructions to call the service provider and try and get help from them. As a renter I would expect that the people renting to me would sort issues out especially if the service provider is in their native tongue. So they're nice people but not great if an issue arises and boy it seemed expensive.

Awesome host and nice place to stay in. Close to train stations and a lot of food choices in the area. Risa & Kei were able to accommodate a late booking and had great communication throughout our trip. Would definitely stay again.
