Thanks so much for having us. Was a real fun experience. Super cozy tipi and bed. Felt so warm in there. Fire pit was a real nice addition too.
I am very happy to come across this gem of a hide out for glamping. It's up in the woods, remote enough and close enough to places we wanted to visit. Most importantly, it felt safe. The tent was attached to the main house but we had privacy. Friendly but respectful owners. This is my first actual glamping in a tent. Guess this can be compared to yurt glamping but at an affordable price. Our tent was like an Arabian Nights abode. Really well-thought of set up. We were able to charge our phones. There's a small heater which we used briefly. Had a small hanging thingy with hangers to hang our coats, etc. Slippers, towels, shower gel provided. Really impressive how they set up the port-a-potty that actually flushes. The shower was fun, it had hot water. We sat by the fire and it was wonderful. There's a mini mess kitchen if you want to whip something up really quick. This place is wonderful for any gettogether. I may take my 12-yr old son in the future. Thank you so much, Adam & Mayumi
I loved the location of the yurt. it's off their balcony and it is gorgeous. I did this during the fall and it rained all day and night the second day we stayed, and I loved it! the change of the colors in the leaves and seeing the rain. the location is not too hard to find, but its close to down town santa cruz and lots of other tourist attractions.
I wanted to thank Mayumi for hosting us, she was so welcoming and took care of every detail so we feel comfortable! We had a beautiful stay in the tent, it was so original and so well done, everything was perfectly set up! And we were really connected to the nature, I didn’t sleep that good in a long time! I really recommend this place and the host and her husband are really great people, they were so helpful and everything was clear and easy! Amazing stay, I would give it even more than 5 stars!
