Extremely distressing! Didn't have the initiative to inform ahead regarding her unavailability. Place was booked 2 weeks prior. On the same day, I asked regarding the check in process, only to find out that she is out of town. Such a hassle! Wasn't even decent enough to help us with the cancellation and refund! 😤

The place was unique and it’s giving a modern type of house. Enjoyed our stay since the place was great and cozy especially the bathroom though it may be much better if there's a pail or other bathroom necessities inside. Ms. Gina was also responsive and approachable. Our overall stay was good. Must try!
