Mikel's place is truly special. it is situated on a hill overlooking the town below and mountain range above. The space is quiet, yet within walking distance to the town. it is also easy to get to Bilbao & other areas in the Basque Country. The home is very well catered & easily housed the 6 of us. We were made to feel welcome by Mikel & would not hesitate to recommend his place.

 La casa de Mikel está situada en un entorno único, con unas espectaculares vistas. La casa es amplia y cómoda, perfecta para unas vacaciones en familia, sobre todo si eres amante de la naturaleza. Además, la ubicación es idónea tanto para visitar los Parques de Urkiola y de Gorbea, como para hacer una excursión a la costa, a Bilbao u otros pueblos. No nos ha faltado nada y Mikel ha sido muy amable, dispuesto a ayudar en todo. Un destino muy recomendable.

Mikel’s place is absolutely gorgeous and was more than big enough for five of us. Also very well equipped and comfortable. We cannot remember staying anywhere else with such an amazing view. The house is surrounded by nature and is super relaxing, but is also close to Bilbao and Vitoria. We loved driving down the hill to Areatza and swimming in the outdoor pool with the locals. Walks to the cross of Gorbeia and the waterfall near Saldropo were amazing as well. Mikel was friendly and helpful throughout. We 100% recommend this wonderful Airbnb.

Muy recomendable, las fotos no hacen justicia a la casa de Mikel. La casa está rodeada de exuberante vegetación, ofrece privacidad y vistas panorámicas impresionantes. El lugar perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar del campo. Muchas gracias por todo.
