Minisands is the best little spot on Long Sands Beach. Situated steps away from the beach, you will experience a picturesque escape unlike any other. Main bedroom offers a queen bed, with views of the ocean. Pull out couch makes room for 2 more. Enjoy coffee on the front deck, and finish out a long day of sand and sun on the back patio, complete with an outdoor shower. Walking distance to short sands, and all the action of Long Sands right out your front door. Start making memories today!

Great stay. Perfect location. Kristen is super responsive and helpful. Mini Sands is pure delight.
So fabulous! Kristen was very accommodating and we checked in early to get in some beach time. Beach chairs are available at the house. We walked to Stones Throw restaurant and had oysters and cocktails on their sundeck. The Nubble Lighthouse is just around the corner. Two Bald Eagles are currently nesting at the lighthouse. The house is located across the street from the ocean. The ocean view is spectacular. We left the windows open all night to listen to the waves. The house has a small deck perfect for morning coffee. There is a cafe close by. The neighbors house is connected. The only complaint would be finding the parking which is located in the neighbors yard. We did meet Nova (the dog) who jumped in our car and tried to come home with us! There is a neighbor on the back side of the house, very involved with our arrival. Of note, washing dishes, collecting towels, and taking out the trash is not included in the $125 cleaning fee. York Beach is relaxing and tranquil. 4 stars.
10/10 would stay here again. Every inch of this cottage is creatively designed to give you all the luxuries you desire. The ocean was steps away visible and audible from our windows or front porch. Parking was convenient and we were close to everything. It’s easy to fall in love with this special place, and that’s what we did!
This was the perfect stay for our small family. We were steps from the beach and had plenty of space for our child and ourselves to sleep comfortably. Short walk from all the main attractions in the area. We had a wonderful time.
