Beautiful place will stay again

PRO’s: The location is beautiful, private, surrounded by citrus groves and the honeysuckle smelled divine! 5 min ride to downtown. The place itself is spacious, with an unusual layout. There were two small refrigerators and a microwave. The place was clean and tidy. The house is definitely quaint. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were very soft. CONS: The wifi continuously cut in and out and we finally gave up. The basement "bar" area had bunch of water and a mop on the floor and smelled mildewy. There were only several coffee pods, no tea bags or sugar, no ice was made for the small freezers. These touches would have been much appreciated.

The place was very clean, quiet. About 5-7 min drive from downtown. Lots of orange trees, so smelled really nice outside. One of the bedrooms is right at the entrance, and then it leads to the living room and the other bedroom. So you do have to go through the first bedroom to go outside, which can be inconvenient if your late sleepers are in the "entrance bedroom". Wi-fi had poor connection, only 2G, and even with resetting the router, none of us were able to use it, instead having to use our phones for hot spot. So if you are looking to do any work or stream anything using wi-fi, it's not reliable. But if you are looking for a quiet spot to relax that's close to downtown, this is very nice!!

Kick ass place! Amazing indoor and outdoor space and the cellar is such a fun phenomenal secret spot. A bit far from town but accessible by bikes. Highly recommend would stay here again in a heart beat!
