Our rustic barnhouse is nestled in a peaceful, rural location very close to Leamington, Cambridge. We live on a small farm with friendly farm animals in residence. The accommodation is fully furnished with generous kitchen facilities, a comfortable King sized bed and three King sized single beds. Very tidy and comfortable throughout. The barnhouse is close to popular Cambridge attractions including Lake Karapiro, Takapoto Estate, cycle tracks and Maungatautari Mountain.

We had a great stay at Jills . It's in a nice quiet location in the countryside. Our kids enjoyed meeting the animals and the place had everything we needed. Hosts made us feel very welcome. Thanks for a great stay !
Jill and Nick were great hosts - responsive and friendly. The place was perfect for our purposes. It was warm and clean. Beds are comfy. Had everything we needed for our stay. Parking and access was good. Great location. Quiet and peaceful, but really handy to Lake Karapiro and Leamington. Would definitely stay again
A great stay. Close enough to Cambridge but a nice and quiet area. Jill was very helpful with our check in and let us say hi to the farm animals the next morning. Comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom.
Such a lovely place to stay, the kids loved it had just the amount of space we needed and such a beautiful peaceful spot while still being close to town.

Leamington shops/cafes and restaurants are a five-minute drive away and Cambridge has wonderful restaurants but booking is usually essential. parking in both is free
