Drive just a few minutes to Bells Beach & Torquay, or relax at home while kids are entertained with the skate ramp, kids cubby, trampoline & basketball net, plus an abundance of space for beautiful bush walks and wildlife. The huge veg patch is your's to use too! A renovated, single storey home set amongst the trees, you will keep finding new and beautiful things to see and do at this home. The home comprises of: 1 x Master Queen bedroom with ensuite & walk in wardrobe 1 x Queen room with an extra single bed 1 x Double Bed + kids loft space and play area 2 x single bed room 3 bathrooms (including 3 toilets & 2 baths) Open plan living, dining and kitchen opens out onto a large deck for relaxing and entertaining. There is a BBQ & fire pit, plus an outdoors shower and pizza over (BYO wood for the pizza oven). The home has a huge undercover, lovingly maintained veggie patch, guests are free to use this as they wish, there will be lots of fresh herbs and veggies in there for the summer months.
