The flat was just what I needed for a weekend at a conference. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the shower and bath worked great. I didn't have much use for the kitchen while I was there, but it seemed well equipped. The area is quiet, with a couple of decent restaurants round the corner, and the flat is conveniently located close to some bus stops. Instructions for check-in were comprehensive and clear. Only downsides were a couple of very minor cleaning points: some dirty items left in the dishwasher when I arrived, and some small splashes of sticky fluid left on the hallway floor. But otherwise, perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment; it was right on the edge of the city centre, so only a few mins walk from shops & about a 30 seconds walk from a few good restaurants, desserts spots & coffee shops. A few mins walk from a handful of secure car parks & the Theatre. We felt right at home in this new-build spacious apartment & had plenty of kitchenware, bedding & towels. Nice clean, bright & secure block. We will definitely stay again.
