The estate has over 100 different species of birds so if you are a bird lover then our estate is perfect to do some bird watching. There are many beaches within 5 km drive away and it close to the shops. Close to lovely restaurants and the Constantia wine route. Our house is unique because there is so much to do on the estate and in the surrounding area. The estate has a lake where one can SUP, fish and canoe on. Kids especially love to fish on the lake, ride their bikes and skateboard. One can safely walk or jog around the estate which is 4km in distance. We have a big trampoline in the garden and we have also converted our garage into a teen pad with a pool table and a dart board. Outside the estate are many beaches all within a 5km distance.
