Use of kayaks included with the house, easy boat/jet ski rental at Sinclair Marina. 'Serenity-Now' is the perfect place to enjoy the peaceful lake life for a weekend, week, or even a full month! The house is equipped with the all home comforts you need so you can maximize your time enjoying the gorgeous views from nearly every corner of the house, as well as the expansive lake-facing, covered porch, lush green lawn and private dock and boathouse. The living room has plush, comfy Pottery Barn seating, a large TV equipped with Amazon Fire TV to stream all of your favorite shows, and also has a DVD player. Open the console to find a selection of board and card games for rainy days or chilly mornings. Wi-fi is reliable throughout the entire house and the porch. The kitchen is fully equipped with Keurig coffeemaker (we start you off with a few pods!), toaster, microwave, electric stove/oven, and all of the necessary utensils, pots/pans, dishes, cups/glasses you need to serve up your favorite drinks and meals. The full-sized refrigerator has a working ice maker, as well as a water filter that provides delicious cold drinking water (filter changed as needed, so no need to worry about old filters). Dish detergent, dish washing detergent, hand soap and other basic kitchen supplies are provided, as well as 2 rolls of premium paper towels and garbage bags. Tuck away all of your dry goods in the walk-in pantry, and pack light by taking advantage of the full-sized washer/dryer in the laundry room. We provide a few laundry pods to save you from bringing/buying your own. The primary bedroom has a king sized bed, desk/chair as well as a TV with Amazon Fire TV, and an en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower and double vanities. The second bedroom on the main floor has a comfy queen sized bed and gliding armchair (perfect for rocking a baby/toddler to sleep or curling up and reading a book), and is adjacent to a full sized bathroom. Upstairs, a large bunk room with two sets of triple bunk beds awaits, with tall, floor to ceiling windows, a large, walk-in closet, and full en-suite bathroom with double vanity. All windows in the bedrooms have blackout curtains, and all bathrooms are equipped with plush towels, shampoo/conditioner/body-wash, and extra toilet paper. On the covered porch, you'll find a large ceiling fan and two corner, oscillating fans to give you a constant breeze, as well as comfy Adirondack chairs, sofa, dining table/benches, and grill. An outdoor storage bench houses outdoor games like frisbees, and badminton. Walk across the plush lawn to the lake, where you'll find a private dock and boathouse, where you'll find life jackets & kayaks, as well as steps leading directly into/out of the water from the lawn. The water is typically waist high at the edge of the seawall, and gets deeper quickly as you swim/paddle out into the cove. Bring your fishing gear and don't forget to grab some live bait at Coop's or Anslie's on your way to the house, and enjoy catching brim, bass and catfish, straight off the dock at morning and dusk!
