Showcasing immaculate attention to detail, this sophisticated home is a high-end oasis by the bay. It’s defined by polished concrete, light-filled open plan living and state-of-the-art finishes throughout. Entering the property, the living and dining area opens through sliding doors to a paved courtyard, creating a seamless transition between the indoors and out. The sleek kitchen comes with top-quality appliances to cook up a feast at home. A central island makes it easy to prepare meals, socialise or take things slow over your morning coffee, while a dedicated wet bar adds an extra level of sophistication. In the evening kick back in air-conditioned comfort on the leather lounges, fronting the central smart TV. Ascending the custom designed staircase will take you to level two. Here there are two queen-sized bedrooms and a full modern bathroom. Central air-conditioning and heating keep things temperate no matter what time of year you’re travelling. On the upper level, the opulent full-floor primary bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed, walk-through wardrobe and stunning ensuite bathroom with a double vanity. It flows to a wraparound balcony, capturing impressive city views. Back downstairs on the ground floor, a Euro-style laundry and separate powder room add to your everyday convenience. Please note, there are two car spaces available to guests but guests will only receive one garage remote. The car spaces are nose to tail car spaces. *Please note, all linen and towels are provided. Some basic necessities are also provided but those that are not are expected to be purchased by the guest. We have found that guests purchase consumables that build up over time. This system seems to work well.
A beautiful property in a very nice location. Our family loved this home, a very clean and smart home. The nearby shopping street was accessible by foot, with a lot of things to do, places to shop and restaurants to eat very closeby. Would definitely come back to this place again when we're back in the area!
I was drawn to this accommodation by the building's charm, nicely located just outside the CBD in a quiet area. Location & Building: ★★★★★ The building was as modern and stylish as shown in the photos, making for a satisfactory stay. Heating: ★★★☆☆ Despite the cold mornings and evenings in late April, the heating was unavailable until two days after check-in. The bathroom did have underfloor heating. Wi-Fi: ★★☆☆☆ Wi-Fi was only available on the first floor, resulting in no coverage on the third floor. This needs improvement. Instructions & Host: ★★☆☆☆ The host's support was lackluster, mostly providing formulaic responses. Issues like heating took time to resolve with minimal communication. Stylish kitchen and bath lacked necessary operating instructions, requiring me to search for guidance online. While the building itself is nice, the host's lack of commitment to guest care was evident. This location may suit those who prioritize architecture and location over host interaction.
Great property. Short walk to beach, shops and public transport. Basically perfect presentation.
Hot water system took a bit of guesswork to operate. This is obviously not someone's residence, which is fine, however the checkout request to wash dishes etc seems a little overdone. I'd rather check into accommodation that was professionally cleaned, than by the previous renters in a hurry to check out. BTW, there was no tea-towel, so we couldn't dry dishes anyway.

Public Transport: There are multiple public transport options nearby, including the 234 bus stop only 100 meters away (a 1-minute walk), the 109 light rail (tram) stop 650 metres away (a 9-minute walk), and the 606 bus stop just 260 meters away (a 4-minute walk), ensuring you have various choices for getting around the area.
