The bay window is equipped with a sitting cum sleeping arrangement. All bedrooms have attached bathrooms. Other furniture in the bedrooms is a Cupboard and a single Sofa Cum Bed. Living Room: It has comfortable sofas to seat 10 people and a swing which can seat two people. The fireplace in living room is just for decoration purpose only. Dining Area: The dining area is attached to the living room. It has a large Oak wood dining table with six seats. Kitchen: Kitchen access is not provided to the guests. We have a cook/ caretaker who will prepare all meals for you. Garden: The garden can be used for outdoor sitting. Bonfire can be arranged on prior request in the fire pit area on extra charge. Other things to note  We have CCTV camera around the premises for security reasons.  Same dishes for the entire group (for all meals).  Please confirm the food menu at least 24 hours prior to the check-in date.  Check in: 2 PM on wards & Check out: 12 Noon sharp.  No Smoking inside the Villa!  The number of guests shouldn't exceed the actual guests at the time of booking.  No Loud music outside the villa.  No plucking of flowers.  Request you to adhere to the house rules and timings for food, check-in and check-out.
