I was turned back with my family by the manager who said they don't allow short term rental. when we called the owner Maria mentioned she doesn't knw why we were there, yet her number was listed on airbnb. Then Miguel had the audacity to tell me to cancel which I did not because I wanted my full refund. They are doing some kinda illegal shhh because when we got there they didn't share the apt number and the manager had no idea the place isnbeing rented out. I waited with my family for over an hour and Miguel was nowhere to be found and did not respond to msg. after I decided to leave he said he was having issues with airbnb app. I found somewhere else. I did get a full refund but be ware if you decide to book here. The area looked okay because its walking distance from most restaurants and supermarket.

Me llevé una mala experiencia, mis sobrinas y su mamá esperarón casi 3 horas y no llegaba. Sin embargo en su descripción decia que el Check-in 15:00. Cuando lo llamamos no respondía y cuando respondió dijo que el lugar estaba ocupado por otras personas. Luego dijo que estaba lejos y que habia mucho tráfico llegaria en 40 min pero ya le habiamos esperado casi 3 horas, por lo que lo cancelé debido a que ni siquiera tuvo consideración que habia una bebé como para tenernos esperando tanto tiempo, me da rabía porque pagué por 2 noches y se quedó con todo, ni siquiera tuvo la descencia y consideranción de decir, se te devolverá el 50%. MIENTE EN SUS ANUNCIOS. Recomendación a la comunidad: Antes de pagar minimó coordinalo y que tengan 5 estrellas.
