Step outside to our private backyard oasis or go downstairs for a game of billiards. The best part of our home is its unbeatable location. Just a 5-minute walk will take you to downtown Lex, where you can explore a wide array of restaurants, bars, boutiques, and cultural attractions. Whether you're in town for a UK game, a horse race, or simply to soak in the local culture, you'll find it all within easy reach. Comfortable and spacious home downtown Lexington. This is a hidden gem with a large fenced in backyard and large deck. Guest must check for any activities or festivals that will be happening nearby since this is a downtown location and we do not have control over noise or traffic if there's an event. The pool table and office space are located in our unfinished basement. There is a futon in the basement for a guest to use.

Five Stars All the Way! *Deisy is a fantastic hostess: very accommodating, helpful, and easy to communicate with. *Comfortable beds, upstairs/downstairs dual zone climate control was a huge plus. *Clean, bright, lovely home in a Wonderful downtown location close to everything! Can't wait to return next time we're in the area.

The house was lovely. The host was exceptional. She responded very quickly and was very accommodating to our needs. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.
This was the perfect location and a great space for my family. It was my adult daughter’s graduation and we needed a family friendly place with plenty of space for 3 women to get ready. The 2 full and 1 half bath were a bonus! The house is so nice and had everything we needed! The kitchen is updated and has a nice eat in dining area. Fenced backyard was great. Plenty of off street parking. Will definitely stay again!
We were in town for a concert. Within walking distance of Rupp and great restaurants. It met the needs of our party of 4. Would stay again. Great communication.!
