This is a great location- the neighborhood is quiet and it looks like you're surrounded by trees when you look outside the windows, but there's a strip mall area down the street with grocery stores and restaurants. Downtown Nashville is 15-20 minutes away. Gwen was friendly and I feel like the home was a good value for the price.

Our second time staying at Gwen’s place and we can’t say enough of how we love to stay here. The location is perfect, quiet but also close to shopping, restaurants, and highways. Immaculately clean and includes all the little extras that makes it feel like home. The highlight is the beautiful view of the backyard. Thanks, Gwen, for being a great host!

We just loved the week we spent at Gwen’s cottage. The area was so beautiful and peaceful - very relaxing. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed. Very good location for seeing the sights of Nashville. Would love to visit again.

Gwen has an amazing place! We were a little concerned about staying downtown so this was a great alternative! Gwen’s place is about 15 minutes from downtown and around $14-22 for an Uber, depending on the time. Gwen had dishes, towels, personal hygiene products and coffee for people to use - so thoughtful! She also had a list of recommendations for us to go to - the Jim ‘N Nicks BBQ restaurant nearby was amazing!! Gwen’s place is walking distance to a mall, food and grocery stores. In the mornings we would open the blinds and we saw deer in the big backyard - absolutely beautiful!! There are so many small touches that she has added to her apartment that truly make it special (games, info books, movies, etc). We enjoyed our stay so much! We would absolutely stay again! Gwens place was so comfortable, safe and accommodating! Couldn’t recommend enough!!

Perfect place to stay for our weekend trip! Private but short drive to downtown. Super cute place and Gwen was an amazing host!
