This home is very conveniently located in Las Vegas, minutes from the airport, the Strip and Allegiant Field. Easy to get to the freeway for quick travel anywhere. With that said, it’s in an older neighborhood that’s not very eye appealing, though it seems safe. The house includes everything you’ll need and it is roomy, clean and comfortable. Lots of nice towels and good quality linens are provided. Nice appliances and excellent climate control, too. The only negatives are the unheated pool (too cold to really use in May) and the sorely lacking yard maintenance that really affects eye appeal. Renters should also be aware that the proximity of the airport means lots of aircraft noise, though we didn’t find it bothersome. Overall, we were satisfied with our experience here.

this was a very spacious house more then I ended up needing. the home is rented as 2 houses so beware someone else maybe staying on one end. the house was very clean on the inside the pool was dirty and grass needed cut other than that it was perfect 👌

The home was very beautiful, clean, beds were super comfy, back yard had plenty of setting areas, loved the cleanliness of the place. The home had Everything you'd need in bathrooms and kitchen. Big dining table and large covered outside eating area. Swimming pool area was nice, also a peaceful little gold fish pond on front porch was enjoyable. I felt safe here, the circle driveway was nice and roomy. TVs in all bedrooms and living room as well made it nice. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone!
