It was okay. However, the room and bathroom really need some maintenance, it was not really a relaxing experience. We also got woken up at 4am by other guests in the house. Location is good but would not recommend if you want something relaxing and quiet for your trip. Eren was nice and friendly.

Eren is really nice and super helpful! The neighborhood is clean and I had a really easy time getting to and from Tsawwassen in the car. Highly recommend Eren as a host!

Dislikes: Very poor water pressure in shower. Also bathtub and shower curtain arrangement requires some agility to negotiate. 3 story house means you will have neighbors on the floor above. Their comings and goings are quite noticeable especially if they are late at night. Washer and dryer room just on the other side of one of the bedroom walls. Late night washing and drying can be sleep disturbing. Generally old place as expected. Likes: Eren is a fantastic host. Very welcoming. Bed is comfortable. Shared kitchen is very well equipped. Shared dining and lounge area very comfortable. Great location, close to bus for downtown access. "Little Italy" on Commercial Drive just 50 meters away - great for restaurants.
