The living area is bright and welcoming with comfortable sofas and a small dining table. The sleeping area has large glass windows that provide serene views of the surrounding area and blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. The décor is elegant and simple, with calming color tones adding to the peaceful atmosphere. This studio apartment is the perfect choice for solo travelers or couples looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to call home while exploring the charming city of Hanoi.
First, Kimmy’s apartment is nice and as depicted in the pictures and on Airbnb. It is good for 2 people, has a great view of farmland and some mountains- especially from the balcony. The apartment has all the amenities you may need -SMART TV, good internet etc. There is a free washing machine/dryer in the garage. Second, Kimmy was very helpful and friendly and even provided free water. Third, the place is in an awkward location. It will take you 20 - 25 minutes to get to any relevant places like some shops, restaurants or Starbucks. You’ll have to walk across some construction, sand, busy market area and cross a very busy road. Therefore, it is often better to get a Grab bike or car to drive you where you want to go. We also ordered Grab food sometimes. We finally opted not to extend our stay and rather move closer to the heart of Hanoi to another Airbnb for our convenience. As a side note, during our stay, we faced severe air pollution and we needed masks. Use “Air Visual” App!
Kimmy's place was very beautiful and the host was very helpful whenever I asked. There was a slight hickup when checking in that I asked for an early check in on the reservation process, which they agreed to, but as I arrived the cleaning lady had just started to clean the room, so I had to wait around 30 minutes outside the room in order to actually check in. Although it was a self check in, when I got there the owner was couinsidently there, he was very friendly and helpful and welcomed me all the way up, answered my questions and also apologized for the inconvenience with the cleaning of the room. Altogether it was a nice check in experience despite of this slightly weird experience :) The room is beautiful and the shower is very indulging. The bed is hard and comfortable to those who like hard mattresses, there is a beautiful balcony that has view to the entrance of the building and to a beautiful field. Will come back again when looking for a quiet space for myself. Thank you🦋

自我介绍
As an architect involved in design. I find to be a rewarding experience from airbnb. Two things I extend to guests during their stay: Firstly, I'm readily available to assist with any needs, deriving great satisfaction from being of service. Secondly, on weekends, guests are welcome to join me for a relaxed conversation over glasses of "Bia Hơi" where we can exchange cultural insights and bond over our shared appreciation for art and music.
