The house was really nice and clean. Location was great to disconnect from city life. Large property with a lot to do. Would definitely stay here again in the future. Great price as well!

My family and I loved our time the Villa in Wills Point!!! The house was beautiful and spacious, the location was quiet and peaceful. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodation, we absolutely can’t wait to go back!

Needed a place that could accommodate lots of family for Thanksgiving week so that we could all be in a central location. We brought many items with us because of past experiences with airbnb rentals we wanted to make sure we had what we needed. The house had more kitchenware than expected. Extra linen and towels. This house made it easy to just enjoy everyone’s company and not be stressed. Pictures of the property were exactly how we found the place. The place was very clean and tidy. Can’t really comment on the pool and hot tub since we did not utilize it, but the kids had many ping pong tournaments and shot a lot of hoops. Would definitely come here again.

Not only is this place beautiful inside and out but it is very spacious. This house sits on a big piece of land, which provides plenty space for outdoor activities. The only issues we had with our experience was that the cleaning crew was still on the property 2 hours after our check in time. The propane tanks for the grill were empty which we had to pay to refill at the nearest gas station. Also the trash bins were full, which made the garage smell, so we had to leave the garage door open most of the time, so it could air out. Besides those small issues mentioned, we will be booking this home again in the future.
