Absolutely beautiful property and very close to downtown Statesville. Check-in was extremely easy and the host always responded quickly to any questions I had. Checkout was extremely easy (especially compared to how some other Airbnbs are these days) which was nice and made for a less stressful morning. Had absolutely no complaints with my stay and would definitely stay here again!
The place is beautiful. The attention to detail in the design was outstanding. The hosts thought of the little details that make a stay comfortable and convenient. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. One of the cleanest Airbnb homes I’ve have ever stayed at. Comfortable for 2-3 couples, or a family.
Very nice house. i would have loved to have screens on the windows to allow open windows but other than that, wonderful area, loved the birds in the morning. nice driveway and roadside parking. easy access to the home. nice layout and the kitchen was great. there is a book provided to give recommendations for local areas and the host responds with personal advise as well. we loved the area.

Absolutely gorgeous home, charm in every corner. Feels like an experience staying here. Would absolutely recommend this home to anyone visiting the Charlotte/ Winston-Salem area. Statesville is a very neat, historic city. Easy access to highways. Backyard is huge and great for the pups.

This home is located in one of several historic districts in Statesville, North Carolina. As it is with many small towns, this particular District is up-and-coming. You will see construction and revitalization around this area.
As you exit out the front door, you can take a right and head up Sharpe to Race Street. Take a right on Race St. and continue to the light where you can take a right to head downtown or you continue straight to take the next right on Walnut Street to downtown. You will be in the Mitchell Community College district which is a historic College with lots of historic homes located around it. Great architecture! Enjoy your stroll!

We are a group of friends that started out as business acquaintances. Our friendship grew into a business venture in 2019. We have remodeled and revitalized several homes and areas in Statesville. Sharpe street was a labor of love and we are so proud of this little Victorian. If you saw the before pictures, you would be astounded by the amount of work that went into this home to make is the special place it is today. We hope you enjoy it!
