we loved our stay and the company that manages the home was very responsive. my only frustration was that I asked if they had some kid stuff there (like a crib) and they said no. so we brought it from Colorado to find it in the closet. they should be more familiar with their own offerings
The home was spacious, the kitchen was well-stocked, and there were plenty of extra blankets and towels for our group of 12. Some of the rooms needed their light-bulbs changed as it was pretty dimly lit. I was also surprised by the contract we had to sign in addition to providing everyone’s names/ages. It was a bit inconvenient, but not too much of a hassle. They recently migrated everything from the app that they had previously requested we download and all of the information was just provided through Airbnb which I appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed staying here – it was very affordable, and the location was great – close to Northstar and Kings Beach.
Been renting from air bnb a long time and never was a rental so complicated. Between contracts, apps, txt’s, emails. Was way over the top. I stopped reading them. Way too much. Won’t do that again. Not sure if was the place, location or what. But not worth the hassle.
Recently stayed at this cabin with a large group of 12 people and had a fantastic time! The cabin was spacious and well-equipped with games, kitchen supplies, blankets, and towels, ensuring everyone had a comfortable stay. Although we encountered a minor issue when the shower water ran out before our last friend could shower, but the problem resolved itself within an hour of waiting. There was also a minor miscommunication about check out time. However, the rental team was very responsive and also willing to come check out the shower if needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to Lake Tahoe, Northstar, and nearby groceries. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would definitely consider staying again!
A really great property with a nice bonus room for extra space. The heating varies room to room but they had space heaters to try to remedy this. Just beware that this property is owned and operated by a company and not an individual, so they’re not the most personable
