Was exactly as described. Since I was there for two days for the Charleston Open, the location was terrific--close to restaurants and easy access to the Stadium--absolutely have to try Vicious Biscuit for breakfast when visiting, only 5 minute drive. The hotel communication and check-in process was a little clunky--they didn't have record of our reservation, the clerk booked our room for only one night instead of two, so I received a message from the hotel manager in the middle of the afternoon that they would be removing our bags left in the room--left me feeling very vulnerable as it took over 20 minutes of calling the hotel back to reach someone and my phone battery was on red. Ultimately it was sorted, but wasn't a fan of that part of the experience. Host was apologetic, as well as the clerk.

Hotel was undergoing renovations/construction, which is fine and all. However, there didn't seem to be any lowering of price or extra incentives for dealing with some of these inconveniences. Such as: the wifi being down the first night (front desk stated that it was a Hilton wide outage and no idea when it's coming back), one of the elevators was out of commission due to repairs which resulted in increased elevator waiting times and traffic, $75 dollar pet fee...., when the shower in the room came on it sounded like there was somebody sanding the wall on the other side, when all was quiet at night or the early morning there was a slow water drip could be heard within the wall between the bathroom and the bed which sounded like it was dripping from the floor above. The beds were clean and comfortable though.

Will definitely stay again. Clean, good customer service, and delicious breakfast. Nice area close to things to do. Pet-friendly and walkable neighborhood.

I was surprised that it was the Hilton and the lady was kind enough to use my Honors member no. Very clean and spacious.

Hotel…but perfect for a quick one night stay for MUSC doctor visits. Never got the WiFi to work but was too tired to hassle with it and contact the front desk to figure out why their instructions for getting it to work wasn’t working for me and so, I just gave up. Wasn’t a big deal. I’m sure it could have been easily fixed if I truly needed it.
