Was hard to find the door it wasn’t in the description that it was in the back of the house, very noise upstairs in the morning but other than that very clean

We stayed 4 nights (group of 4). I would recommend this stay for persons who just need an overnight nap after a long trip. Host complains and was very disrespectful about noise from us unpacking and just having a general convo, while every night we were disturbed by about 3 toddler’s running up and down in the middle of the night (the host and his tenants lives upstairs and the walls are very thin- but obviously we wouldn’t have known this before) We messaged him about it and he didn’t address it. We didn’t even knew who our host was until he came banging on the door, even entering by him self! That was very rude and disrespectful so we had no privacy. No formal introduction! Overall poor customer service and poor communication skills! There was no full body mirror in the bedroom, only one small bathroom mirror-no iron board, had to iron on the bed. There was also garbage in the driveway which cause us to pick up a nail in the car tire! Host eventually reimbursed but was very rude!!!!!

This was the perfect size space for my family and I. It doesn’t quite sleep 6 though. The couch doesn’t pull out and the blow up bed is small. Other than that, and the parking everything was great. The street is busy with limited parking but the other tenants were great with sharing the designated parking on the property so that helped tremendously because street parking was terrible. Wellington was very responsive and accommodating! Very nice and made it feel like home. Price was reasonable and it’s in a good location. Close to a lot of things!

Wellington was very responsive. I misunderstood where to enter and he came and took care of us and made sure we had a place to park! And as my wife said, "this place is adorable!" Thanks Wellington!

Great stay here! Perfect for my friends and I we would love to stay here again:)
