If you wanted a very quite place this is the place for you. 3 minutes drive and 15 minuted walk to Gaisano Grandmall and markets and restaurants. 18 minutes drive (10 km) away from Mactan International Airport 10 minutes drive to clinics and hospitals 15-20 drive to via CCLEX-SM seaside &Nustar 5-10 minutes ride to water park Jpark resort 6-15 minutes drive to Five star Resorts 15 minutes away from The Outlets in Pueblo 6 minutes drive to the many Famous Restarants 17 minutes drive to 10,000 Roses 10 minutes to famous RORO port. House details 100 sqm.Two story unit house One master bedroom w/balcony and full bathroom with walk-in closest, enjoy sunrise with inverter Air conditioner One Single bedroom with inverter Air conditioner One storage room/extra sleeping room with ceiling fan, foldable bed and one full bathroom downstairs. Can accommodate 4 people (or more depends on the renter with additional charges.) Complete brand new kitchen area Standard Fridge, microwave, electric cooking stove, hot and cold water dispenser, 6 seaters dining table, complete kitchen utensils Living room has 43’inches Smart TV, well designed entertainment center, one center table, one sofa and one bench. Inverter Air conditioner Wifi access! Amenities: Clubhouse w/ swimming pool, basketball court, tennis court and jogging loop. 24 hours security FYI the house is 700 meters away from the guard house. Walk will be 10-15 minutes to the main road. Grab or taxi pick up those without car. Also Grab food is not available for delivery after midnight for security purposes.

Lovely’s place is a 4.5/5 for me. It would have been a 5/5 if it were not for the lack of drainage in the 2 bathrooms. They need to address these as it detracts from their really beautiful rental. Lovely and her husband kindly accommodated my request to have a dozen of my family members over. Thank you much!
It was so nice to stay at their place, I had so many request regarding my early check in and they are very flexible in my time thats why I am very thankful about it. They always check if I need something or what they can help more during my stay. They even offer me to wash my laundry in there house which is only beside the place where I stayed. Everything were so comfortable, I would like to stay in their place again, it was so clean. Miss lovely and Sir Roger were so friendly and they make sure that the guest can stay comfortably. Thank you so much, and it was pleasant to stay in your place. 😊

Its a good place to stay with a car, but you can do grab if you are keen about it. Everything was perfect, one down side was when we had a food delivery on a 12 midnight and the guard house wont let the delivery man come in. So its a bit hassle and frustrating. (Well thats there rule and it protects the neighborhood tho). So my husband walked 10 mins in the middle of the night to get our food to the guard house back and forth. That time we were both are tired and hungry cause we just came back from bohol trip. Aside from that everything was perfect. Both of my parents are happy and lovely and Roger are good host and take care of us. Till next time again. Xx
The place is impeccable. The house feels homey. Lovely is very proactive - always there when you need something. The most amazing host we've ever had. We highly recommend this place!
