Enjoy our completely renovated modern farmhouse style getaway in the heart of Greentown. Located between Kokomo & Marion, and a little over an hour from Indy. This is a quiet, cozy home can sleep up to 6 people. We purchased this home when my grandmother passed away in 2021, and completely renovated it inside and out. There is a Green Welcome Binder with before/after photos to see what a huge difference it is. Check it out! Bedroom 1 includes a a king size bed, large closet, and dresser, with a barndoor that opens into the bathroom. Bedroom 2 includes a full size bed, and large desk as a dedicated work space available. Bedroom 3 has a day bed, which pulls out into 2 single beds that can be used side by side or separated for your needs. Each room has a closet available for use as well. Full bath features a tub and shower as well as his/her sink setup. *Please do NOT use mirror ledges as a shelf!* The kitchen features a side by side fridge/freezer, farmhouse style sink, dishwasher, stove/oven, and a farmhouse style dining room table that seats 6-7 adults. Kitchen is equipped with basic utensils, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, and coffee mugs. The back patio has a charcoal grill, that we ask that you clean after each use using the grill brush located in the kitchen. There is also a washer/dryer available for use, but detergent is not always provided. However, Dollar General is conveniently located nearby. **PLEASE ONLY USE THE WASHER ON QUICK CYCLE!** As with every dryer, please clean out the dryer vent after each use. Living room has a couch and a futon that pulls out into a bed if needed, big screen smart TV connected to WiFi, games to play in the entertainment center as well! This home is full of love. It is beautiful and clean, exactly how it was described. It was exactly what our family of three needed and wanted. We love how comfy and modern the house felt. We will definitely be staying there again when we come back to Indiana to visit family.
This was a nice place. The only thing odd was the barn door style door between the master bedroom and bathroom.
We felt at home at Ashley’s place and enjoyed hearing/seeing the history of the home. Ashley was incredibly responsive and answered every question and need almost immediately. The neighborhood is comfortable and the home easy to get to. There is a driveway for off street parking as well. The home itself was exactly as described and felt like a home away from home. It is well stocked with all the necessities and we had a full weekend with my family (to include a couple adult children and a teenager). There is space to relax as a family, space to play games, sit down meals, and even a nice outdoor area. The beds are comfortable as well! That is something that can be hard to find… I would highly recommend staying here and plan to stay there again when we’re back in the area.
We enjoyed the stay in a cozy and comfortable home. The kitchen was well stocked for our various cooking needs. Plenty of towels available for our number of guest. Close to our family, we would definitely stay again.

Quiet, calm, peaceful neighborhood. No parties or loud music/noises after 9pm (10pm on weekends).
Parking in the driveway allows for 2 vehicles, and the garage allows for one vehicle.
There are a few restaurants, gas stations, American Legion, bar, cookie shops, vet, pharmacy and other small businesses (some are featured in the Green Welcome Binder)!
