This adorable home is centrally located in the heart of Gainesville. It was the perfect choice from start to finish for us! The host and homeowner were very easy to work with even prior to arrival. The home was absolutely beautiful, in the perfect location for downtown as well as walking distance to the campus for game day festivities and it was equipped with everything you could need to entertain and more. It’s so tastefully decorated and extremely cozy & unique. Extreme pride of ownership here!! The backyard was exceptional…. a beautiful place to both relax & mingle. You can’t go wrong at this home, location, or with these folks as your hosts! They accommodated our schedules with ease and went above & beyond to make sure our stay was a pleasure! Five stars ⭐️

This beautiful home was a great location for us to visit for our daughter’s sorority parents weekend..and game. Everything was as pictured and described. The hosts were very friendly, responsive and the home was very clean. I highly recommend it although I know that means it may not be available for my next visit. Thank you for sharing your home.

We had such an amazing stay!! We could walk outside and be on campus in literally under five minutes. It was the PERFECT location for our UF family. The house was super clean and Maria always responded immediately to our questions. We will definitely be back next time we need to be downtown.
