Holiday escape set in 10 acres of pastureland at a friendly equestrian centre in Wales. Beautiful views of the Welsh mountains and our horses grazing in the fields, the Ducks and Hens passing by. Perfect getaway for animal lovers. Good location with pubs within walking distance and a 10 minute drive to the popular village of LLangollen, Approximately 1 hour drive to the closest beach. Enclosed garden to enjoy a bbq with the family. Well behaved dogs welcome maximum of 2 medium size. Master bedroom has a double bed and built in wardrobes suitable for 2 adults. Twin room has 2 x small single beds which can be turned into a small double and is suitable for 2 children or 1 teenager/adult and built in wardrobe. Bunk bedroom has a small single (2ft wide) suitable for a child/teenager or small adult) top bunk only suitable for a small child) and built in wardrobe. Pull out bed in lounge converts to a small double suitable for an adult or teenager. Kitchen has a gas hob, microwave, slow cooker, toaster, crockery, glasses, cutlery, pans and plenty of utensils. Bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Fully central heated with combi boiler.

Great wee stay. Only stayed one night but was perfect for us. Jo was quick to reply and the spot is lovely around all the animals! Shower was great and the bed was honestly one of the comfiest I've slept on. Was hard to get out of it in time for checkout!!
Amazing location in a very peaceful but not isolated area, close to many amenities can easily walk to eateries & shops. Good location for public transport links. The farm was lovely & horses could be seen from every window. Jo was a perfect host & she introduced us to all the horses. The caravan facilities were excellent everything was supplied. The only negative was we really could of done with some Wi-Fi during the stay so we could check our ongoing travel plans
Jo was great. Caravan was clean and cosey. Initially we thought it would be a bit cramped for 4 adults and a dog but actually found it very comfortable. Jo had really put a lot of thought into making the place nice for people.

Parking is off road, property has own driveway for 2 cars. There is a good bus route about 5 minute walk and closest train station is Ruabon about 2 miles away.
