This home was very comfortable and roomy. The kitchen was well stocked with some of the best frying pans and pots ever! The essentials were also available (salt, black pepper, olive oil, foil, sugar etc) which makes cooking easier. The location is also great and we enjoyed eating at 3 of the recommendations given. Most of all, Alberto was always available via what's app to answer questions. We were very appreciative of the time he took to explain questions and make recommendations - where to run, how to travel to Rome, where to buy groceries (on Easter weekend), he was always available. I would recommend his property 100%
This is an incredibly special place to stay. The home itself feels like a home, with beautiful photos and art on the white walls. The view is breathtaking, especially at sunrise. Francesco is one of the more communicative hosts we have ever had and he patiently waited for us after a several hour delay getting our rental cars in Rome. Our 3-generation family of eight had a wonderful time and had everything we needed thanks to Francesco. If we ever come back to Italy, we will absolutely stay here again!!!
La casa di Francesco Alberto é un gioiello pieno di personalità, da cui si può godere di una vista incantevole. I servizi offerti al suo interno sono completi in ogni sua parte, soprattutto la cucina é dotata di ogni accessorio, anche per gruppi numerosi come il nostro. Francesco é una persona squisita, come la torta che ci ha fatto trovare al nostro arrivo. Consigliatissima a chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza all'insegna del relax.
Francescos House is simply perfect. It is big, clean, very well equipped (especially the kitchen) and the view is great. Foot distance to the town center as well as to the beach. Check-in and check-out worked without frictions and Francesco communicates well and is always reachable. Would recommend 10/10.
The accommodation was very quiet and peaceful. It has everything you need on your vacation. The rooms were very clean. The view is amazing! It was a little bit chilly on May but I think that was unusual this year.

La casa è situata nel Rione Fortezza che prende il nome dal forte spagnolo che sovrasta Porto Santo Stefano. All'interno dell'abitazione, troverete un utile vademecum con indicati i principali ristoranti e i luoghi da visitare, nonché i numeri degli stabilimenti balneari e altre informazioni utili per trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno.
Pur essendo una casa panoramica - situata nella parte alta di Porto Santo Stefano e munita di più posti auto privati - c'è una vicina fermata dell'autobus che porta nel centro del paese, raggiungibile anche con una piacevole passeggiata a piedi.
Dal porto i traghetti - con varie corse giornaliere - permettono di raggiungere le vicine isole del Giglio e di Giannutri.
