Welcome to Baja Rosa, your Southwest Modern escape in the Valley of the Sun. Thoughtfully renovated in 2023, this home was carefully curated to provide comfort and quality to our guests while paying homage to the local style. Come to relax and unwind by the pool, gather with friends and family in the comfortable main house or cozy casita, or explore the nearby attractions that are minutes away from this centrally located retreat. The main house has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. One king bed in the master bedroom and 1 queen bed in the guest bedroom. The Casita has a full size bed and a sofa sleeper that pulls out to a queen size bed. There is a full bathroom in the Casita and a kitchenette. This home is equipped with all the essentials that will make this your home away from home. We provide a pack-and-play, highchair, and changing table topper to our guests. Additional Amenities Include: Travel size shampoo, lotion and toothpaste are provided Pool towels and pool floats Ready to get out and explore? Our centrally located home is within minutes of hiking, fantastic dining options, cocktail bars, nightlife, and shopping. Upon check-in your hosts will provide you with recommendations to all their local favorites! Other things to note Please Note For Reservations Between October - April: The charge for heating the pool is $70 per night, payable up front. This is charged as a separate, optional fee. Please specify if you wish to enjoy the heated pool when booking.

Excellent!!! Our trip to Arizona was perfect! Thank you Jeremy for making this trip a great memories. This trip was to see our first grandchild, and it was perfect for our family, it had everything thing we need and more.
Great place. Lots of creature comforts and well stocked kitchen for home cooked meals. Beautiful backyard pool and patio to hang out and relax. Also a grill and pool floats.
I cannot say enough good things about this home. We came to Phoenix to get some sun and hang by the pool before my sister’s wedding. All weekend we were constantly mentioning that you couldn't get better than this. This home literally had anything that you could think of and close to everything. Jeremy was a kind and responsive host. Instructions were easy and well laid out. Thanks again - we will be back!
Jeremy’s place was perfect for our family to relax and enjoy the pool between attending relatives wedding activities that weekend. The location was great for us and so many great shopping choices less than a mile away ( we even walked to the grocery stores). We loved the way you decorated your place. It was so comfortable.
Our family had a great stay at Baja Rosa. The property offered a clean and inviting atmosphere. It is beautifully decorated, has comfortable beds, and, of course, we loved the privacy of the backyard and the inviting pool! We also had the pleasure of dining at several yummy restaurants recommended in the Baja Rosa’s Local Guidebook provided prior to our arrival. We greatly appreciated the excellent communication from our host too! Jeremy’s attentiveness and prompt communication was outstanding. He provided clear and concise instructions for both check-in and check-out procedures and answered questions with lightning speed. Jeremy’s dedication to our stay went beyond our expectations, making us feel truly welcomed during our time in Arizona and at Baja Rosa. In summary, Baja Rosa is a Southwest Modern oasis—a blend of desert tranquility, stylish design, and genuine hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Arizona.

The Biltmore is centrally located neighborhood in the financial district in Phoenix. The Neighborhood is surrounded by hiking paths, award winning restaurants, beautiful shopping malls and is less than 15 minutes away from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and 15 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale.

Hello! I am your host, Jeremy. I am originally from Columbus, Ohio, but I have called Phoenix home since I met my wife in 2013. We love Phoenix area because of the year round summer weather, and it is home to some of the best dining, hiking, shopping and sight seeing that we have found in our extensive travel of the United States. I am a local host, so our guests can trust that we offer our hospitality from just down the street.
