Loved the cottage! Perfect location and easily walked into town despite rain/cold. She's not joking that the drive way between the two homes is tight, but there is street parking too for bigger vehicles. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen pristine. We were warned about the hot water heater, but had no issues. Definitely recommend and hope to go back!

The location is perfect! Easily walkable to restaurants and shops. I stayed solo for a weekend and always felt safe. Everything was as described, Sara was extremely nice, and I would definitely stay here again. The extra touches (coffee, tea, creamer, oatmeal, etc) were a nice surprise. Highly recommend!

The place was clean and comfortable, and you felt right at home. Sara was very helpful and responsive. The location was really great, right across the street from Far Gohn brewery and walking distance to many restaurants and shops downtown. Parking is a little tight if you have a larger vehicle and the hot water heater is fairly small, so long showers might be a bad idea. Would definitely stay here again.

Cottage was surprisingly homey and was easily accessible while still maintaining security. Places downtown were easily walkable and tons of places to go within a 5 minute walk. Would highly recommend. Cottage is comfortable and cozy and perfect for what we were looking for.

This place was exactly what we were looking for on a short road trip through Virginia. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of Davis Street (sorta the main strip of little shops and restaurants) and across the street from a brewery. It was well equipped and plenty spacious for two of us. The criticism I have is that there is VERY little hot water. We got a couple of minutes in the shower before it ran out. I don't know if this is typical, but the only water heater I could find was under the kitchen sink and it was only 5 gal. Aside from this, everything was as advertised, and Sara was very communicative and super friendly. If the hot water issue is addressed, we'd come back for sure.
