Me and 3 of my friends stayed over the weekend. When we got to the house I noticed the bed frame in the queen room was broken. I messaged Dan multiple times and didn’t get a response until late morning the next day which resulted me and one of my friends sleeping on the floor in the living room the first night.
Definitely enjoyed the location.
Dan's place was nice and had all the Amenities we needed for our stay have this one saved for our next visit
My family and I stayed here for 2 nights during New Years. Check in was easy and Dan was nice to let us check in about 30 minutes early. The description was fairly accurate, but it doesn't specify that it's only one level of the house that's being rented. There was someone downstairs and the upstairs was locked. The deck that was accessible to us had a slight view of the ocean, but we were under the impression we would have the top deck view. It's a small place and in order to use a hide a bed we needed to pay $25. We opted out of using it so the kids bunked together. The queen bed was noisy even with small movements throughout the night. The wifi didn't work very well and the cable was just ok. They have Dish so there was no option to watch Netflix, Hulu, ect. There is a washer and dryer, which is nice for folks staying a bit longer than we did. We liked the wide open floor plan of the living room, dining room and kitchen. It made it easy to cook and watch football :)

The entire home is spread out on just one level, so it's perfect for anyone with elderly family members or those who simply don't want to trek up and down the stairs! You'll feel welcome as soon as you walk in with the relaxed kitchen and its modern appliances and a dining table set for four people. The charming living room has a gas fireplace and flatscreen TV, so it's easy to cozy up here after a long day of tearing up the waves or biking around in the sun. You'll also have WiFi, so you'll be able to stay in touch.
There are two bedrooms and one full bath right down the hallway. The master has a fun beach-friendly theme and queen-size bed, as well. The second bedroom is great for a some friends or the kids to stay in with twin/full bunk bed,Hide Bed in Living room plus plenty of room to spread out or play in. This charming Lincoln City retreat is also pet-friendly for up to one dog with an additional nightly fee.
This adorable coastal home is perfect for a group of up to six to use as a base for their beach activities, or a family to spend some quality time together and get away from the grind of daily life. With the beach literally right down the road, it's easy to stop in and out during the day for lunch breaks. This home is also ideal for an adventure base if you want a day of hiking, biking, or just wandering around the charming town of Lincoln City.
