The accommodation consists of a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and bathroom. Siamo stati qui per 3 giorni. Due famiglie con in totale 3 bambini. Zona centralissima, con possibilità di scaricare con la macchina i bagagli di fronte al portone e poi fare pochi metri e raggiungere un parcheggio a pagamento. Ambiente confortevole e pulito. Siamo stati molto bene. Consigliato
Die modern eingerichtete ,saubere Wohnung befindet sich in einem älterem Wohnhaus, gut vom Bahnhof zu erreichen. Läden und gute Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Geräusche aus der Nachbarwohnung — meist Kinderlachen— störten uns nicht. Ansonsten fehlte es an wichtigen Kleinigkeiten , z.B. Korkenzieher, Besen, Infomappe und ausreichend Toilettenpapier wenigstens für 2 Tage !
This Airbnb was one of the best (and most spacious) places we have booked! It felt very homey and breathable and we really enjoyed it! I was surprised how close it is to the city center, literally just the street down. There‘s great bars, cafés and restaurants reachable within a 5 to max. 10 min walk. Thank you!
The apartment is what you see on the pix: it’s modern, well equipped, clean, comfy and new. It’s 10 min walk from Duomo and a lot of places for eating and drinking. A supermarket is 100m away and a bar with coffee and pastries is just downstairs. But… the area is not a Nobel one even though it’s very close to the center. You can’t enter here with a car but there is a very convenient paid parking 5-7 mins away. Our neighbours - a family with at least 4 little kids - were very noisy starting from 6am. Plus during our stay the house was very cold: we were explained the max allowance for Parma was 20’ and the thermostat was always showing a number around 20’ but we were freezing even though with the same allowance in Milan we are fine. The host was flexible and welcoming and we are thankful for this!
La casa es tal como se aprecia en las fotos, el piso es precioso y rehabilitado con mucho gusto. Las camas son muuuy cómodas especialmente las almohadas, en mi vida he dormido en unas almohadas tan cómodas. La limpieza de la casa era muy buena y hubo una comunicación muy buena con la propiedad estuvieron muy pendientes contactandonos unos días antes y luego en el día de la llegada, no tuvimos que esperar ni un minuto. La temperatura de la casa super agradable y la presión y la temperatura del agua se mantenía estable siempre. La casa esta ubicada muy cerca del casco historico asi que pudimos ir andando a todos los sitios e ir de compras. Es una pena que el portal del edificio esta muy viejo pero cuando ves la casa se te olvida, justo al lado vivian unos niños muy madrugadores y descansamos menos de los que nos hubiera gustado, con lo cual si vais llevad tapones!jajjaaj En general la estancia estuvo muy bien y la recomendaría.
