Elegant and cozy apartment with terrace and private access to the lake, in the hamlet of Carvagnana, Lezzeno. The apartment is located on the first floor of a villa, divided into four units, that overlooks the lake and is surrounded by a beautiful and well-kept garden furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas available to guests staying in the four apartments. The entrance opens onto the living area, including a large and bright living room with a sofa, a dining table, a television and a fully-equipped kitchen with kettle and coffee maker. The sleeping area is distributed into two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds. A bathroom with shower completes the layout. The highlight of the apartment is the furnished terrace with seating area, accessible from the living area, where guests can enjoy the stunning view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Free wifi, washing machine, iron, air conditioning and heating will be available in the accommodation. We also offer to our guests truly authentic experiences to live like a local. A good place to stay but far away from the center

First, thank you, host, for being friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate. They provided clear instructions for check-in and GPS coordination. The condo is so clean, with new furniture and free of clutter. It is right next to the Lake, and it has a beautiful view. The location is very close to Bellagio and Nesso. We would stay again when we visit Lake Como. Thank you.
The most beautiful things we lived: 1- The property has a wonderful lake view with amazing green yard. 2- The balcony is large and modern. 3- The apartment paint colors are relaxing. 4- The cleanest apartment you could ever find. 5- The kitchen is very clean equipped with all kitchen wares. We have had some issues during our stay: 1- The heater constantly turned off (Hot water & rooms heaters) 2- The view and landscaping yard were distorted by unannounced digging works. 3- The A/C constantly switched off. 4- The TV was supposed to be smart tv but the dealer mentioned that the device smart tv device must be stolen and will provide one in the morning but nothing installed. 5- The property entrance & exit is a little difficult. 6- The soundproof is poor.
We loved the apartment and how peaceful and beautiful it was to be so close to the water. The local bus can be used (C30) but is usually full heading towards Bellagio. My only regret is not renting a car when we stayed here but we had a great stay never the less. This was my husband’s favorite Airbnb of the trip. It was clean, modern, and comfortable. We walked on a Sunday to find food, which was almost impossible, 10-15 min walk towards Bellagio (north?) was a hotel restaurant that was closed until 6pm, 10mins further we found a little bar that had snacks and 5 mins further was a little grocery store. There’s not a lot to do in the immediate vicinity, but we took the bus to Nesso (to see a waterfall which can be seen from a beautiful bridge at the waters edge and be ready for a painful climb up the mountain on cobble stairs). Nesso is 10min drive south of the apt. We got there by ferry and bus. The apt is a 10min bus ride from the ferry terminal. Don’t use address on airbnb. Its wrong

Lake Como covers an area of 146 km², its characteristic inverted Y shape is given by the three branches: north Colico, south-east Lecco and south-west Como. The climate is generally mild and humid, favoring the growth of a rich and varied vegetation. Picturesque and characteristic are the villages overlooking the waters of Lake Como. The best way to discover the beauty of the lake is by sailing its waters. The main urban center is Como, a beautiful, elegant, romantic city that houses several villas, monuments and a very suggestive lakefront. However, there are many villages to visit: on the branch of Como stand Bellagio "the pearl of Lario", Cernobbio, Argegno, Tremezzo with its Villa Carlotta, Menaggio and the ancient village of Nesso characterized by many romantic views. In the eastern shore of the lake, dominated by Lecco, is worth visiting Varenna and Bellano with its characteristic Orrido. This destination is also perfect for lovers of trekking and outdoor walks: there are many paths on the territory such as the Wayfarer Path (40 km) that starts from Abbadia Lariana to Piantedo and the Greenway of Lake Como (10 km) that connects Colonno and Cadenabbia.
The apartment is 1 hour and 40-minute drive from Orio al Serio Airport and 1 hour and 20 minutes from Malpensa Airport.
