Despite the house rules stating no smoking there was upwards of 50 cigarette butts over the balcony and cigarette burns and ash on inside and outside furniture. The house also smelt of cigarette smoke. My 3 year old daughter also found open medication and a vape in one of the bedrooms. given the rate for the stay I would have expected a more thorough cleaning prior to our check-in. it was a real shame because its quite a nice house in a peaceful area but we would never stay there again.
The place was amazing! So close to everything as well!!! Definitely recommend this place😍😍😍

Beautiful place and pool/deck area when clean. It’s where we spent majority of our days with the kids and family. Had one other small family with us visiting from another country. Wanted to show off the beautiful sunny coast! The only downside is the amount of leaf litter inside the pool floor that we really tried to clear out and the daily sweeping of leaves off deck and clearing of leaf litter on surface of pool area. Can be minimised by possibly having something over the top of pool or possibly above it? Not sure as there’s a lot of trees which set the scenery beautifully. Had issues with dishwasher often & during checked-in had a broken bed. Mattress was setup on floor instead and broken bed right there next to it 😅. Overall - it’s such a beautiful place! Games room was fun, rooms were spacious, living room was super spacious. Close to beaches and cafes. Huge kitchen and pantry space. Overall nice place. Thank you Airkeeper for having us.
House was huge. Too big for the small amount of furniture. It echoed a lot and everything was tile no carpets, lacked warmth. Lock didn't work. Used its last spark of energy to let us in. Then went dead. Management asked us to fix it. Internet didn't work the first day then inexplicably started. Landscaping is gorgeous but huge trees shade pool and drop a lot of leaves. So pool was quite cold but to be fair is was a cool and rainy week. Kitchen well equipped. Very nice BBQ. Enjoyed the gas stove which in my opinion is way superior to any type of electric stove. Bed was very comfortable, nice shower.

Buderim Forest Park is a secluded oasis spanning 45 kilometres; this rainforest boasts stunning tall trees, ferns, babbling waterfalls and cool cascades, as well as the sweet melody of birdsong. Enjoy the splendid walking trail and appreciate the gorgeous Wiradjuri art, picturesque waterfalls and the sounds of nature. There are picnic grounds, BBQ facilities and tables at the reserve, so enjoy a picnic lunch while reconnecting with the finer things in life. Buderim Village Park is another excellent option to enjoy the great outdoors. This relatively new addition to the Buderim landscape is the perfect place to enjoy a family picnic and vistas out to Caloundra and Moreton Island.
Rue Bourbon Coffee is a new hidden gem beloved by locals and tourists alike, and for good reason. This coffee shop is an upcycled shipping container hidden in the hills of Buderim, with arguably the best coffee in all of Queensland. Make sure you grab a brew or two and appreciate the stunning views that this unique coffee shop offers.
Amaze World is fun for the whole family; this secret garden is full of puzzles, riddles, tricks and twists. If you’re feeling brave, head into the Bellingham Hedge Maze and see if you can find the centre of this twisting labyrinth or take on the Timber Maze, a challenge that draws you deeper and deeper into its centre. Once you’ve reclaimed your freedom from these mazes, take on the mini golf course and see who takes home the trophy, or enjoy the “funtastic” playground boasting rope climbs, slides, balance beams, musical instruments and climbing mounds. Cool down on a hot day and enjoy the waterplay section. Amaze World offers hours of fun for the whole family, and is definitely worth a visit.
The Maroochy Bushland Sculpture Garden lies within the natural bushland setting of the area and showcases the stunning flora of the Sunshine Coast area. While the botanical garden has several areas worth checking out, a beloved favourite is the Sculpture Garden. Eight artists constructed many of the sculptures in this serene part of the gardens, and you’ll be able to scan a QR code at the entrance of the garden to learn more about each sculpture.
There is free parking on the premises and additional street parking available. It is recommended to be able to fully explore the area that guests have access to their own transport.
