Best airbnb stay i had in japan. Comfortable living space and just felt like home to us. would definitely recommend to all.

Great location, with extremely good access to central Tokyo. Quiet spot to stay and easy to walk to restaurants. The neighbourhood has a lovely friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The home was perfect for our family of four. Spacious and comfortable. Would highly recommend over staying in some of the more well known but busy areas of Shinjuku or Shibuya as the direct access to the Yamonote line means you can get in and out of all the main spots easily. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay.

Overall it is a clean, comfortable place and it worked well for our family of 5. As described, rooms are nice and beds are comfortable. Stairs to enter/exit are very steep and not ideal for elderly individuals or young children. A few requests that would have been nice and would probably be helpful for future guests: 1) provide a second key; 2) provide additional towels; 3) give clear instructions for trash separation instructions.

Decent place for our first few nights in Tokyo. Came with family of 6 including one set of grandparents. The place was not easy to find because it's next door to a restaurant and there was no numbers on the door. It's also up two flights of steep stairs so not easy for grandparents. The weather was cold when we got in so it took a while for the heater to warm the place up. The location was good and close to Sugamo station so easy to get to Ueno Park and Shinjuku. Lot of restaurants and groceries nearby. Overall decent location but wouldn't stay here again.
