This Simplex Apartment is a modern new construction from 2021 and is located only about 1 minute on foot from Europaplatz. Rewe City, Europaplatz stop, Postgalerie, and Hirschhof are in close proximity – experience the heart of the city. The apartment is equipped with a comfortable bed (160m x 200m), a table with two chairs, a wardrobe, a closet, and a fully equipped kitchen. If you need additional bedding, pillows, towels, or similar, we are happy to provide it to you at short notice. Do you want to arrive with up to 3 people? With our flexible sofa bed, your stay can accommodate up to 3 people! In the kitchen, you will find all utensils you need for your stay. Note that there is no microwave, but our oven is available as an alternative. Non-perishable items are not discarded after use, as fresh products deserve not to be immediately disposed of! With our 100Mbit internet connection, you can easily watch Netflix, conduct video calls, or work. The offer includes towels, bath towels, shower gel, and pleasant underfloor heating. Our goal is to make you feel at home while cooking, showering, and sleeping. Upon request, we are happy to provide you with utensils between 11:00 and 17:00, in case something is missing!
