A lovely place to stay. Close to the beach, and the apartment had everything we needed, plus some extra goodies in the pantry.
Michele and Darren were extremely attentive and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. The place was exactly like the pictures and it felt very cozy. We all loved it and will definitely be back :)
Michele's place was comfortable, well equipped and close to the beach. Michele was a great host. We would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a peaceful stay in a lovely environment.
Easy little get away from Canberra. I've stayed previously in the "shack" on the property which was also a neat place. The property is very well maintained. It has all the amenities one could want or need. Ample space for 2-6 persons easily. The property is perfect for walks with so many beautiful beach spots and at the foot step of the National Park. Michele's welcome amenities were great! She offered lots of local highlights as well. There were also heaps of games, books, and subscription services for a binge watch. The Bay is just 15 minutes away for supplies and more mainstream services if needed.
This Michele and Darren’s beach house was perfect for our little family. Very close to a number of beautiful beaches, and surrounded by nature. The kids loved waking up to see two kangaroos in the garden on the first morning and a kookaburra in the afternoon. It was less than a 20 min drive to Batemans Bay so very convenient. We were impressed by our host’s thoughtfulness leaving out a box of toys for our young children.
