Lots of breweries walkable and many other places and things to do within <5-10 min drive. Nice quiet place. Comfy bed. Clean and new apt complex.

Stayed here when coming down for a friend’s wedding at Strongwater events. Way handier to have the space to relax versus a hotel. Very clean, sharp place. Dom was great to work with.

Being from Columbus, it was great to see some lodging option in the franklinton area, definitely one of the newest “up & coming” spots. Location overall is fantastic! While not a ton of dining options right at your doorstep, you are only a $5 Uber ride to great restraints, and still saving on lodging. The apartment is secure, but very accessible, and there are no issues with parking. Also, if you have an EV (electric vehicle) there are 2 well maintained ChargePointe+ terminals right outside of the apartment, and the rates are not bad for charging either. During my 3-night stay, I didn’t have any issues with plugging in. Dom’s River&Rich apartments are some the only places in the city, at least that I’ve found, that have reliable, secure and convenient charging stations for EV’s

Great place with amenities. Coffee shop downstairs and bars in walking distance. Dom was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Would stay again!
