Lockeland Springs is a historic gem located just 4 miles east from the center of downtown nashville. Some frequent questions I’m asked are:

🎯Broadway (a super fun “main drag”)? : 10 min drive (4.5 miles)
🎯Nissan Stadium: 7 min drive (2 miles)
🎯the Ryman: 12 min drive (2.9 miles)
🎯5 points (super fun central point of east nashville- restaurants / bars / venues / shops): 4 min drive (0.9 miles)
💫can I walk to these places^^? : Possibly…. And I discourage this as Nashville has crime just as any city and as a walking tourist you are taking a risk.

Free private covered parking in a carport. If you drive a large vehicle - u will fit but it will b tight. There is free on street parking all around just a short walk up the alleyway if u have more than one car.
If u call a travel share (for ex: uber) make sure they know u r in unit “B” in the alleyway.
There are electric bikes and scooters peppered around blocks from the bnb.
