Beautiful and cozy apartment in a large building with a gym, pool and playground. Ideal for a small family. There is a convenience store on the ground level of the building which was super handy. We could get anything we needed during our stay from there. The host was super responsive and made sure we were comfortable. Unfortunately there was a pretty strong smoke smell when we arrived but the host made an effort to mitigate it by providing an air purifier which got dropped off the same day that I notified him about the issue. We really appreciated that. The battery operated door lock reported that the battery levels are low which we told the host as well but this has not been rectified yet. That being said, it was operating fine during our stay despite the low energy warning. The area is brand new but there are some coffee places within 5min walking distance to get yourself a latte in the morning. Dubai Mall is easily accessible within a 10-15min drive.

This is very cleaning and quiet apartment. We enjoyed our week here. While sleeping, I could barely hear anything. Of course, I am also very happy with the mattress. The owner responded promptly, warm and friendly. I will recommend it to my friends.
