The apartment is located in the heart of Rouen's city center, right at the foot of the famous Vieux Marché Square. With its moldings and 4m high ceilings, this superb contemporary Haussmannian-style apartment offers all the necessary comfort for a wonderful stay. Everything has been designed to make you feel at home! Many shops and restaurants are located right at the foot of the apartment. With a maximum capacity of 4 people, the apartment consists of the following: - A fully equipped open-plan American-style kitchen connected to the living room (refrigerator, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, workspace, plenty of storage, kitchen utensils, etc.); - A large living room area with seating; - A master suite equipped with a King-size bed (180x200 cm) and a walk-in shower; - A second master suite equipped with a double bed (140x200 cm) and a walk-in shower; - A laundry room with dressing room, washing machine, and dryer; - Separate toilets. The location is ideal for those who want to enjoy the charm and life of Rouen while being less than a 2-minute drive from the main roads. We provide: Bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental. NB: The apartment does not have a parking space, but numerous parking spaces are available nearby (especially the underground parking of Vieux Marché). Also, since the apartment is located in one of the oldest buildings in Rouen, it has single-glazed windows, but soundproof and blackout curtains significantly reduce noise. LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events are allowed in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately and to activate the bank deposit in case of excesses or damages.
